Grace is our office work coordinator; she is responsible for the general up keep of the office, as well as shopping for the camping safaris. Generally, it is through her good work that our camping safaris have been running so smoothly. She is also the departmental coordinator where she makes sure that all the relevant information has been communicated to different departments accordingly, briefing the drivers, organizing for the meetings and appointments, shopping for the office, letters, invoices, cheques, vouchers dispatches and many other things. She is incredibly wonderful with her work and although it is one of those things that one would not easily notice; Bestours can not survive without those small Grace’s touch-ups. Her greatest challenge is to ensure that everybody is comfortable at Bestours and that everything runs smoothly in the office.
