You may have noticed that we have not provided any set itineraries in this website. This is because most of our safaris are custom-tailor-made, even though occasionally we have some scheduled trips and expeditions. However, we would like you to contact us with your suggestions and special requirements and together we can design your desired special safari.

When making enquiries or bookings with us, it is very helpful if you provide the following information:

  • -The type of the quote required (e.g. General safari, Birding safari, Camping trip, Photography safari, a day excursion, Hire of our safari vehicles or guiding services only).
  • -Size of your tour group (e.g. family group, friends group, birding club or individual traveler). If you are booking the tour alone and you would like to team up with other travelers, please let us know. Your desired time of travel and if possible approximate arrival and departure dates.
  • - Places you wish to visit, if you have heard about a specific place that sound interesting to you and you would like them included in your itinerary (or you can leave this to us and let us design you a wonderful program).
  • - Highlight your special and particular interests in the order of priority (e.g. wildlife, "Big 5", birding, insects, photography, culture or anything else).
  • -Special requirements (e.g. any special dietary requirements, any medical conditions that you would like us to be aware of, wheelchair access, or any other special needs or requests).
  • -Your contact details. If you provide the above information when making an enquiry or a booking to us, we will be able to get back to you, as soon as possible with suitable responses, itineraries and costing without having to email you again to ask you for more information.
